I purchase this Acer Aspire E 15, model E5,573G-76NF, in Singapore June 2015. This laptop come with a Windows 8 and I subsequently upgrade it into Windows 10 when it launched.
This works well for a few months until 2 months ago it started showing this blue screen of ‘Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart’.
Yesterday, I faced this issue again and NO LONGER can get into the desktop screen.
Here are the situation, once startup, the screen with ACER logo came alive, after running, next screen appear is this blue screen. After it restarted, under the acer logo, a «Preparing Automatic Repair» will appear, next screen appear again to the deadly bluescreen «Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart for you.».
Under the message, here are the list of issue which appear randomly on the blue screen after numerous restart:
Since purchase, there was no CD provided, I have prepare a USB flash drive, using MediaCreationTool.exe from Microsoft website to create installation media, enabling me to boot. However, this does not worked.
Next, I use a windows 10 CD rom to boot the laptop, same issue, it doesnt work.
Next, I try press Alt+F10 when boot, under the Acer logo, it appears «Please Wait», next blue screen again restarted. After that it will appear the Acer logo with a ‘Dotted Circling’ sign spining clockwise non-stop, nothing happens.

When BSOD screen appears your computer shall not reboot but the blue screen will remain on top.
Please, write here absolutely everything you will see on the screen. (of take a picture and upload it here or somewhere else). There can be some code which may help me help you. After that you will have to hard restart your computer.

Windows will now create a zip archive

1. Caution: If you have configured two or more Hard Drives in RAID mode, then leave this setting as is, exit from BIOS setup without saving and continue to the next solution.
2. If the SATA Mode is set to AHCI then change it to IDE. If the SATA Mode is set to IDE then change it to AHCI.
5. Save Changes and Exit BIOS Settings and try to boot on Windows.
6. If your computer doesn’t boot again, then revert the SATA setting back to what it was and proceed to the next solution.

The next solution is to modify the Windows Registry Offline as follows:
1. Boot your computer from the Windows Installation Media.
2. At Language options screen, click Next.
4. Select Repair your computer.
5. Then select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
6. At command prompt type regedit to launch the registry editor.
7. Highlight the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key.
8. From File menu select Load Hive (to load the offline registry).
9. Navigate to the disk where Windows installed on (e.g. «C:»).
10. Open the system file found in «%Windir%\system32\config\» directory. (e.g. «C:\Windows\system32\config\system»)
11. Type a Key Name for the offline registry (e.g. «Offline«) and press OK.
12. Double-click to expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key and you should a new key under it, named with the name you typed before (e.g. ‘Offline» in this example).
13. Expand this new key & navigate (from the left pane) to this subkey: *
14. At the right pane double click at Start (DWORD) and change its value data to 0 (zero). ClickOK when finish.
15. Perform the same steps and set the Start value to 0 modification to these sub keys:
