A simple mod that notifies the player when it is their turn to rule as president in the federation, and also when their rule is over.
Created because I kept getting really engrossed in the game and forgetting to check when I was president etc.

I’d like to announce, that for the moment I’m stopping to maintain the mod on regular basis. Me and @Relytor will try to keep the current version workable, at least until next big vanilla update, but we can’t promise to give it as much attention as we used to do.
Meanwhile I gave my blessing to @Hypno and his SCM Overhaul, which is based on the ETHICS AND CIVICS CLASSIC version of my mod, to develop it as separate project.
I also give the right to anyone to take the mod, and make anything he wants out of it. It’s considered to be the property of Stellaris modding community from now on.
1. EMPIRE GOVERNANCE – a sub-mod, created by @relytor. It changes the mechanics of who gets the alternative Administrators, such as High Priests and Commanders, to the Government type, as well as several other tweaks and bug fixes.
2.4 ethic points patch – in case you’d like to have 4 ethic points, instead of 5
– New Ethical scale: Cooperative – Competitive, to reflect economic values of your society.
Vanilla Authoritarian – Egalitarian paradigm was transformed into Authoritarian – Libertarian, and now reflects only political values.
– about 40 new Civics
New civics are of different types: Green (regular) an Yellow (so-called «themed governments»). Some of the vanilla Civics has been modified or disabled, in order to maintain the consistency of Civic’s set as a whole.
– new Authority type: Direct Democracy
– 31 new Government forms
– 9 new Policies and 5 new Trade Policies
– 10 new Society resarch Techs

Все модификации последней версии на русском языке, также сборка данная не старается затронуть мощность компьютера, а только улучшить атмосферность игры. Также если вы находите не полностью переводы в данной сборке, баги и другое, то пожалуйста сообщайте в комментариях или в личных сообщениях. Со временем сборка будет обновляться и дополнятся новыми модификациями.

Russian Localisation and GUI Fix by GEKS » Исправление русской локализации и интерфейса Stellaris. Данный мод выводит русскую локализацию на уровень качества оригинальной английской версии игры. Помимо прочего он вносит некоторые (незначительные) изменения в интерфейс для органичного вписывания русских текстов, и значительные изменения в планировщик и окно создания империи, нацеленные на удобство их использования.
Larger Galaxies » Данный мод для Stellaris позволяет создавать галактики эпического размера.
Real Space » Отличный мод для Stellaris, который направлен на создание более реалистичной галактики в игре. В нём автор постарался не менять механику игры, а гармонично разнообразить галактику, сохраняя существующий игровой баланс.
Я пытаюсь это изменить. Благодаря ученой степени в Истории и Политике, а также опыту работы сценаристом и, конечно же, некоторой практике в моддинге я написал большое количество цепочек ивентов, которые вдохнут жизнь в вашу империю. Некоторые из них положительны, многие другие отрицательны (я считаю, что Стелларису нужно больше испытаний после ранней игры), а другие же и вовсе неоднозначны. Эти ивенты заставят вас принимать решения, не все из которых окажутся очевидными. ИИ тоже столкнется с подобными ивентами. Я добавил ИИ немного мозгов, чтобы помочь ему принять правильное решение в зависимости от ситуации.
Colored Icons, Map, Progressbars » Изменяет цвет иконок уровень губернаторов, учёных, непригодных секторов, безработицы, космической станции, кораблей, мегаструктуры, базы, планет и подобных для большего отличия.
Galactic Community Expanded » Мод направлен на то, чтобы исправить работу Галактического сообщества и добавляя ряд новых деревьев разрешений, а также разрешения шестого уровня.
Russian Names Extended by Annatar » Данный мод выполняет функции аналогичного мода Russian Names, то есть переводит все названия и имена в игре на русский. Но это мой авторский вариант где я буду позволять себе некоторые изменения. В частности главной особенность этого мода является дополненный список форм правления. В будущем я буду добавлять больше названий для империй и фракций, имён для лидеров и т. п.
