В игре супер приятная графика, отличная физика, развитая система прокачки кораблей и большие возможности самого геймплея. К тому же энтузиасты перевели Старбласт ио на множество языков, сделав её доступной для всего мира.
Как играть
Особенность прокачки: в левом верхнем углу вы видите количество собранных кристаллов. Как только наберется полная полоска, то вы сможете купить новый корабль. Или же вы можете покупать апгрейды для текущего корабля.
Режимы
Starblast io радует игроков тремя режимами, в каждом из которых есть свои нюансы и удовольствия.
Фаза Выживания в Старбласте характеризуется следующим: все корабли отмечаются красными прицелами на мини-карте и количество жизней становится равным 1. После смерти в фазе Выживания нельзя переродиться. Для полной радости начинает действовать солнечная радиация, которая постепенно уменьшает скорость восстановления щитов, сбрасывая эту самую скорость до нуля процентов. Вот уж поистине, остаться в Живых!
Team mode. Здесь действует механизм, по которому распределяются игроки по командам так, чтобы не было перевесов ни в одной команде. Реализация развития в Starblast в режиме Команд такова: вы можете самостоятельно прокачиваться до 3го типа кораблей. Чтобы качаться дальше, вам нужно набрать кристаллов, прилететь на станцию и отсек апгрейживания и там уже заапгрейдиться. Но при этом ваша станция должна уметь это делать. То есть вначале вы прокачиваете совместными усилиями вашу станцию, чтобы через нее могли прокачивать свой корабль.
В этом режиме Старбласта действует дружественный огонь. Пули ваших союзников пролетают сквозь вас.
У кораблей 7го типа есть только 1 жизнь. Будучи разбитыми, игроки возвращаются на предыдущий, 6й тип корабля.
Задача игроков защищать свою станцию и разбамбливать вражеские. Должна остаться в живых только одна станция, ее игроки объявляются победителями. Как только одна из станций разграмливается, все ее игроки погибают и выходят из игры.

Starblast is an incredibly addictive space themed shooter game, you take control of a small, basic ship to begin with and harvest gems to increase your stats. Once you’ve maxed out the stats available to a specific ship you are given the option to evolve your model into a different type of spaceship that has a different type of weapon set/overall stats.
How to play
This game can be played either passively, avoiding other players and farming gem rocks until you’re strong enough to defend against yourself or you can play aggressively and try to attack people as they’re roaming around or farming which is definitely more fun in more opinion. In my personal encounters with the game it seems that the larger ships usually have teammates who join them either out of fear of being destroyed or just people they know, because of this it is highly recommended you try to make a friend in game or bring one in with you!
Controls
This game gives 2 options for every action, you can either control your ship via arrow keys and fire using space bar or you can use your mouse. When using your mouse you navigate by holding in right click and dragging around whilst shooting with left click, I personally prefer this option as you have more definite control over your movements.

Ever wanted to live out your fantasy of being an asteroid-destroying space pirate? Starblast has you covered. In this shooter, you spawn into a room filled with asteroids. By destroy these hunks of rock, you’ll collect gems, and then use those gems in order to upgrade your ship. You can invest in speed, capacity, damage, etc., or you can exchange gems for powerful, asteroid-crumpling weaponry. But what would a swanky, upgraded starship be if all there was to do with it was destroying an endless supply of asteroids.
How to play Starblast.io
The controls are simple. Left click to shoot, and hold right click to fly around in the direction of your cursor. It won’t be long before you’re darting around space, weaving around asteroids, and blowing them up like an ace pilot. You can also press «c» to communicate with other players, or even team up against that bully who keeps picking on the little guys.
After gaining enough gems, the upgrade screen will pop up, and you’ll be able to choose from one of eight upgrades. These bolster aspects of your ship like speed, gem capacity, agility, damage, etc. These will give you a slight edge in your current ship, but if you want to instead trade in your wimpy little ship for something with a bit more oomph, you can choose to forgo these upgrades all together and just stockpile gems until you’re at capacity. If this happens, the space pirate gods will smile upon you and offer you a choice between two ship upgrades.
Then, if you’re feeling especially feisty, you can choose to engage in some good old fashioned PvP. Oftentimes, though, you’ll be forced to PvP, like it or not. Plenty of players seem friendly enough, but there’s always that one bad apple that will chase you through space while you whip and weave through asteroids. His ship, naturally, is twice as big as yours, so you have little chance of winning a fight. Your only option, really, is to run for your life and hope that he gets bored.

Starblast can be a dog eat dog asteroid field. Chances are that your first foray into the game will result in you spawning right next to some guy who has spent the better part of the afternoon farming his way up to being a demigod. He’ll just look at you, and you will die.
While this next tip might seem obvious, it takes much less time to destroy the smaller asteroids and collect those gems. The bigger asteroids can take a while to destroy, even if their gem reward is much greater. So if you’re concerned with becoming easy prey, don’t sit in one spot and spend twenty minutes trying to chip down a giant asteroid. Stay mobile and take out the smaller ones and avoid any unwanted attention. If it seems like you’re in the clear, then feel free to maybe reap the benefits of a nice juicy asteroid. But don’t be afraid to run if the goings get tough.
Also, one good tip for PvP is that if you feel as though you stand a chance of beating an opposing ship in mortal combat, then there is but one tip: circle strafe. Draw circles around your opponent. This will make you harder to hit, and the less damage you take, the more your shields will regenerate. And if you can manage your aim well enough, you’ll probably end up winning that engagement. This is especially satisfying if someone picks a fight with you and you end up showing them who’s boss.
