For the safe flight of aircraft, air traffic controllers play a vital role. We focus on the duties of these controllers in our game scenarios.
[How to Play]
To clear the stages, a player should issue directions as a tower controller for safe and effective flight of aircraft. The operation is quite simple, just select an aircraft and click Instruction buttons. Yet as the situation keeps changing according to the directions issued and the timing, clearing the stage always requires precise and correct judgment. Even after game over, you can resume from the middle of the game replay.
[Various Stages Available]
Adding to the Game Stage of various play levels, the Extra Stage gives you some special conditions to further liven up the play. You can also select time, wind direction, and section you like for your own Original Stage.
[Airport Covered]
The game is set in Haneda Airport (HND/RJTT) in Tokyo, which represents Japan!
It is Japan’s largest airport both in its reputation and in its performance, as it sports no less than four runways, handling over 80 million passengers annually (domestic/international), with over 400,000 flight slots.

i do not under stand how to start the game plz help
i cant start the game too, pls help. tried instructions didnt work.
i created shortcut of axa.exe and put it in title folder
create game shortcut to desktop.right click to it n go to properties then add the line in target (do not remove the existing line but add the one provided above.hope that helps.
this is what i have and when i press “apply” error message tells me the path is not valid

anyway dus sine thing foget wgat, and said openAL32.dll was missing, so pasted it to game main dir and now it starts to try open then another error

i have same problem with oggdogg has change the shortcut target. and download openAL32 but getting 0xc00007b error
You need to go to INSTALL folder and install the oalinstall.exe file for openAL32 error and itll start
it says application not found after it quickly show a start up image …any help?

u need to make a shortcut of AXA.exe.. then right click on shortcut go to properties, and click on target.. go to the end of it after the AXA.exe” then add space and type TITLE\ATC4TITLE.axa and apply and then it should work
Yeah yeah we’re done with OpenAL problem and yes, we ALREADY FOLLOWED THAT TITLE\ATC4TITLE.axa fyi, now the next problem is the 0xc000007b error, so what now?
How to install (its work for me)
1. Extract file
2. Open folder —> Open folder “Install” and run file “oalinst.exe”
3. Back to main folder and right click on file “AXA.exe” then make desktop create shortcut
4. Go to desktop, right click on file shortcut AXA.exe —> Properties —> line “Target” go to the end after ….\AXA.ex and type ” TITLE\ATC4TITLE.axa” then click Apply
my exp: D:\I.Am.An.Air.Traffic.Controller.4.v070221\ATC4_g\AXA.exe TITLE\ATC4TITLE.axa
5. Open AXA.exe and enjoy!

Naha Airport (OKA/ROAH) in Okinawa, the leading resort island in Japan served by many aircraft both national and international airlines.
Naha Airport is used for joint military-civilian use, busy with many aircraft of various types.
To meet increasing aviation demands, the international terminals have been renovated, the new ATC tower was moved, and the No.2 runway was expanded, and in 2020, the shared use started.

Adding to regular flights in and out of Japan, there are island flights, and fighters taking off and landing at the Kadena base.
This airspace is chaotic.
Take care with gaps in speed, altitude, and the flight route for precise ATC directions, to realize the Safety and Effectiveness of the airport.

-Cumulonimbus cloud (Cb) will cause airflow turbulence, and approaching is quite dangerous. Change the course to avoid Cb.
-On the radar, an interference area is displayed as an area where the regular Naha aircraft and the Kadena base aircraft can be crossing. Safe operation in an interference area requires coordination of the space and altitude gaps.
-Be careful for F-15 fighters which need a specific landing method. Choose the takeoff timing carefully for passenger aircraft. Differences in speeds need attention, too.
-In contrast to the game stage using two runways, in the extra stage, the number of runway is limited to one. You can enjoy experiencing the new and old traffic across the game stages.
