probably not gonna happen and if it does its going to be at least a few years from now.
This game doesn’t need multiplayer. Give it up. Stop trying to ruin a great thing.

No, ♥♥♥♥ your console. You should feel lucky if anyone makes any mod for those horrible outdated pieces of trash. And you should feel really blessed if the potato is capable of running any mods since it can barely hand the base game (slows fps to 15 when scoped and drops to 0 from time to time)

If all you came for was an ODST style respawn system, then you came to the right place. If you came for more then that, then maybe you also came to the right place. You can read about the mod’s extra features below.
Extra Features
When the player kills someone, this interaction is displayed in a unique way:
Killstreaks are also displayed in the killfeed.
Keep note that only human NPCs get usernames. The rest of the NPCs in the wasteland are referred to as «NPC» by the killfeed.
Uh oh guys! BathroomDarkToilet373 is on a roll!
Killstreak Announcements
Something extra cool in this mod is that I added in the killstreak announcer from Unreal Tournament with my own special twist (mostly so I’m not blatantly stealing the audio). Get enough kill streaks to notice my edits.
When you reach a killstreak number, you will get a notification in your killfeed (example: [You: 5 Killstreak]) as well as hear an audible killstreak announcement from the male Unreal Tournament announcer.
Also, NPCs can get killstreaks. Sometimes you will see their killstreak notifications in the killfeed.
Respawn System
With Player Respawn active, instead of dying, the player will go unconscious. When the player is knocked unconscious, a Life Report will pop up displaying how many kills you got that life, what your session KDR is, and what your career KDR is.
After clicking OK, you will wake up in a drop pod and be dropped back down to the ground.
Damage Settings
Realistic Damage:
Enabling the realistic damage setting allows the player and NPCs to be killed much more easily. Unfortunately in a realistic environment, armors made out of mostly car aluminum and broken ceramic would not stop most bullets, nor lessen their impact by any kind of marginal degree.
Damage multiplied by 3 for all NPCs and the player.
Enabling essential kill makes essential, protected, and ghosted NPCs killable.
Enabling bleed and flinch allows the player and NPCs to experience bleed damage over time that will last until a Stimpak is used. The player and NPCs will also flinch when hit. Not all damage in the game will inflict flinch and bleed. Only weapons which could cause these damages realistically in the game do so.
Keep note that when the player starts bleeding, a special screen effect will occur. This effect will only occur one time until the player Stimpaks, even though bleeding stacks.
Bleeding causes damage over time until the affected actor uses a Stimpak. Bleeding stacks. Bleeding causes 6 damage per second and is affected by damage resistance. Only ballistics, plasma, misc explosives, grenades, and mines cause flinch and bleeding damage over time. Laser weapons do not, and only cause flinch instead.
Warnings
IMPORTANT: if you do not receive the FO4M holotape automatically, you can craft it at a Chem station under Utillity.
Uninstallation: Do NOT uninstall this mod without deactivating the respawn system first from the holotape menu. If you don’t deactivate it first, your character will be stuck as essential until you reinstall the mod, activate it from the holotape, and then deactivate it. Deactivating the respawn system removes the player’s essential flag.

Christ. I thought it was an actual recruitment, not «I want this, this and this.»
Then you better learn because no one is going to want to join you if you bring nothing to the table. Even just modding: I’ve had people try to help by «giving me ideas» but all it ends up being is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ton of suggestions but they don’t want to put forth any work to make it happen because they can’t be bothered to learn how to do anything.
Most of these people stick to being «Lore Writers» so they can try to weasel in their ideas and will try to get you to do 20 things all beyond what you can currently do and/or beyond the engine in general. All the while, they do (genreally) nothing but suggest these 20 new things while you’re still working on getting your checklist of things done and cleaned up. They are dead weight and dealing with them is just extra burden on top doing work you don’t get paid for.
Tamriel Online has been in the works even back since «Tytanis: The Ultimate Mod» was THE overhaul for Skyrim and while I barely knew how to do anything other than textures (The CK didn’t exist at this point), I was still one of the «Devs» for it and i remember him trying to bring them on board to work together. Online Skyrim is far too lofty a goal to be completed in any reasonable amount of time as it is not in the game. They get all due credit for the work they’ve done, but it’s even now still a wip and while I haven’t used it myself I probably will not because there are many inheirent problems with adding somethign like that to a game that didn’t have it to begin with. Not worth the trouble to me as a player.
And honestly, there’s no need for such a mod. While you can say this about almost every mod, far too much effort would need to go into it for it to truly be worth it, so honestly hats off to those guys working on it because that’s a ♥♥♥♥ ton of stuff to do.
Many mods never get out of «Development» because they are too greedy in their scope, just like when the latest Bethesda release is always «Our most Ambitious yet!» and there are always tons of issues and bugs because the focus is more on «AMBITION» than it is on «Quality».
tl;dr: If you can’t do anything to help the effort yourself, no one who can is going to waste their time working with dead weight. You are wasting your time, and I mean that in the bluntest way possible.
Ok then! They were just suggestions. Nobody has to take them. I never intended to be a Dev I just to bring modders who liked the idea on the same team. I would love to know how to code if you could tell me a good place to learn.
