[Вопросы] QR код камера/перестала работать
| Всем привет! С новым обновлением камера qr кода перестала работать. Нажимаю, и меня переносит в Getapps или Play Маркет. В магазинах написано, что по запросу ничего не найдено. Кто-то сталкивался с такой проблемой? Подскажите пожалуйста, что делать.  |

У меня не работает сканер штрих-кода. Когда начинаю сканировать выдает вот это. Кто нибудь сталкивался с этим? ( у меня Xiaomi not 7)  |

Это на любом коде так, или только на каком то одном?
на стенде о животных вот так и показывает. А на продуктах питания перехожу по ссылке и все работает

Значит это проблема с кодировкой QR кода. Обычно бывает когда есть смешанные символы латиница + кириллица. Штатный сканер с этим может не справится. Попробуйте использовать стороннюю программу для чтения кодов.

У друга точно такой же телефон (Xiaomi not 7), но почему то на стенде у него все работало, и информация давалась точная.
P. S. В экзотариум ходили вместе

Да, скорее всего причина именно в этом. Было бы конечно хорошо, если бы выложили в теме фото этого qr кода.
