Make sure you have installed all the available Windows Updates. That error code means the computer cannot search for and install updates. This could happen if you added Media Center which is not supported in Windows 10. If you did install media center, you must reinstall windows 10 by booting to the dvd burned from the iso file for 9841—a clean install.
Media Center returns the win 10 version to windows 8 and no updates will be installed. If you need media center reinstall your previous windows or find another program to view video after doing the clean install of 10.
