With a script from Bluestreak, the space in the mod list has been significantly reduced from 10 or something to just 3!

The main mod has S1/SM anims, but with either the S2/S3 or CD addon, you can have the corresponding animations, HUD, signposts* and data select sprites!*

* Signposts and data select require the Signpost Customizer and the character Data Select Character Sprites Support

In the meantime, just keep on waiting. This’ll be updated. eventually

It’s about time I get that Master Emerald

After 4 Requests Rouge the Bat is now in Sonic 3 A.I.R with Custom Moveset!

This mod has the Sprites off the Rouge in Sonic 1 rom hack made by AhsuharaMoon With Sprites based of Zig Sonar which I also used, And I also used some of the sprites of Mod. Gen Project Team. BluestreakDev made the Custom Moveset because he liked the mod and wanted special abilities for it.

I give credit to these people and you should support them!

Giving Sonic’s sprites a facelift.

Enter Sonic R3shaded, which edits nearly all of Sonic and Super Sonic’s in-game sprites, save for some rarely or briefly seen ones. This mod primarily re-shades the sprites: Sonic gets some red flesh tones and a fourth shade of blue for his fur, similar to Sonic Mania, while Super Sonic substitutes white in place of an additional color, better conveying a character glowing with energy.

But that’s not all, this mod also brings minor changes to the sprites and palettes! Any sprite edits were done with with the goal of fixing Sonic’s notoriously off-model appearance in this game, namely enlarging his undersized pot belly, removing his Hulk Hands™, and fixing that weird protrusion on Super Sonic’s muzzle (where possible, I can’t really draw original shapes). Additionally, the lower head spine is more consistently connected to the head and the back spines have been moved from the neck to the back. The changes are mainly taken from Sonic Mania, and mesh well with the original sprites while preserving the overall look. In addition, Super Sonic’s palette has been slightly tweaked to show better contrast between shading colors as well as to be more consistent with other appearances as orange-gold.

If you want a mod for Tails and Knuckles in the same style, I prefer Mania Knuckles for Sonic 3 A.I.R. and Mania Tails for Sonic 3 A.I.R., both using the Sonic 3 palette option. The Sonic Mania sprites for Knuckles and Tails are essentially identical to their Sonic 3 appearance, but with additional detail.

Oh dear all is expressive now

Tails:This mod makes him look like he actualy have expression cuz in the original some sprites are barely expressive.

Knuckles:This mod makes him look like in his sonic 3 artwork and thats it.

Super Sonic:This mod makes him look angrier cuz for me it looks better with his eye style.

This mod lets you play as Mighty The Armadillo, complete with custom abilities!

Mighty is over Sonic.

It’s finally done and ready to play!

Smooth rotation only because i’m bad at rotating sprites

by the way, and I’m not very good at coding so this could very well have its reasons for not being included, but have you considered allowing him to break rocks by running into them like knuckles could? I’m with the science team!

Also Blue, would you like to test this out? Still got some things to do (AKA rawdata modding and hoping that it works first time and making sprites for Mighty, which I suck at), but it’s slowly getting better and better each time I work on it.

Of course I knew this is supposed to be his Sonic Mania ablities. Though it is weird that Mighty doesn’t bounce when hammer dropping the floor, might be hard to code.

Uh so anyway my other comments were weird. Anyway I think Mighty having a platforming tool would be cool, or even be a speedrunning tool with a higher skill level would be cool, but I am not suggesting you do that. Or anyone for that matter.

Nice mod, I guess. Dunno anything else to say. Also about Hammer Drop doing a little bounce like in Mania, i presume that may be really hard to implement judging how the actual hammer drop script. well uh like sometimes you move forward with it? and sometimes can clip inside the ground, i dont know if thats fixable since. i know nothing about coding.
