почему он стоит на месте
Нужна на карте сетка для NPC.
Сетка для NPC (или по другому «Nav_mech»)-сетка,которая отвечает за то,что-бы NPC ходили по карте. Если NPC не ходят по карте,надо сгенерировать карту ведя в консоль «nav_generate» (будет лагать зависимо от компьютера и карты).
Честно хочу сказать что у меня Шрэк просто идёт в воздухе.Это не нормально но смешно

У меня всё работает. У вас либо нет »Nav» сетки, или возможно версия Гарриса старая. 
И честно говоря я свою версию 16.12.01 два часа искал.Я не потерплю ещё два часа искать новую версию гаррис мода

очень интересный факт если прописать в консоль stopsound(это команда убирает все вами слышные звуки) так вот если в писать эту команду когда вы поставите нпс шрека то он начнет издовать не истого криповые звуки и его искаженный голос и ещё если выключить всех нпс то он серавно будет следовать за вами и если выключить что бы нпс игнорировали игроков он серавно будет идти за тобой
это значит что это не особо нпс это как бы настроенный предмет с анимацией который следует за игроком и включается тот скрипт при котором игрок умирает при соприкосновения с этим нпс
